Your First Visit

When you enter Unaka Internal Medicine, LLC, you will be greeted by our front office staff, who will collect your New Patient paperwork and copy your insurance card(s).  You can then relax in our comfortable waiting room until a nurse takes you back to an exam room to collect your vital signs.  Within a few minutes, one of our medical professionals will enter to obtain your health history, discuss your needs and develop a treatment plan.

Please bring a current medication list and medication bottles to your your first visit.

Unaka Internal Medicine, LLC is a scent-free office.  This includes perfumes, colognes, lotions and body sprays.  Due to allergies and illnesses of patients and staff, please respect this policy.
